Hi everyone, the season is just around the corner. Mary and I are getting excited and can't wait to meet everyone. We have been busy and are booked solid for the prime winter months. Here is what we accomplished today. New monument at Canyon Vista entrance.

Not a lot of glamorous projects but very important ones none the less. Every door and window casing on our buildings has been sanded and repainted. A new stucco storage building is completed at the softball field.

A very significant amount of work on the fitness center building including a lot of roofing. Servicing and replacing air conditioners on the Ballroom building. Hopefully we will stay a little cooler this year when the room is packed.

We have kept the softball field nice and green all summer with a few tweaks of the irrigation, finished the dugouts (painting). I am reviewing the paving proposal for this season which is much greater than recent years but still short of what is needed. But we will get there!

We are going to do our best to greatly improve all of the restrooms in the park, mainly redecorating but are sure to please you all. Generally I think you will all be very pleased at the overall condition of the entire resort as we build up momentum which will lead to more improvements.

That's all for now but I'll try to keep you updated.

Great work. All will be noticed by new and returnees! Keep cool!

I hope the guys clean up the weeds around the pads before we all arrive!

This is a common complaint I have heard from many people. Personally, I feel that CV should take responsibility for all weed control including on annual sites. After all, they make significantly more revenue from the annual sites than the other sites that they do spray.
